In this critical Tier 1 support role, you will help safeguard reputed company’s systems, data, and users, supporting a global workforce by managing, maintaining, and enhancing our reputed company tools and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary responder for Tier 1 cyber reputed company support, including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving reputed company incidents and trouble tickets. Manage and maintain policy and configuration settings for a wide range of cyber reputed company tools. reputed company and execute reputed company and configuration management processes across reputed company relevant systems and platforms. reputed company and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and incident responses. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information reputed company, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in cyber reputed company engineering or reputed company field. Must be able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time Zone. Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the four key domains (Application, reputed company, Perimeter, or Network Protection). Hands-on experience with at least one of the listed tools; ability and willingness to learn others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working as part of a global team is a plus. Experience with incident response, configuration management, and change management processes. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications) are a plus. Possesses effective communication and collaboration skills Experience working in matrix teams and solo projects/efforts Ability to handle multiple priorities and high stress situation Ability to deliver work that meets reputed company minimum standards of reputed company, quality and operability.
