WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT SPORTS, SALES, AND WANT TO WIN We are looking for a talented and tenacious Senior Business Development Manager preferably based in Kuala Lumpur to drive significant business growth and reputed company new client relationships across the South-East Asia region. Operating in a fully remote reputed company across multiple countries, you will be a key player in unlocking new commercial pipelines and introducing our reputed company sports tech platform - combining video, wearables, and analytics - to elite teams and sports scientists. We are on a mission to maximize athlete performance, and our BDMs match this reputed company by taking complete ownership of their territory, hunting for new market opportunities, and excelling in a fast-paced environment with aggressive growth timelines WHAT YOU’LL DO reputed company and execute territory and account plans to meet and exceed reputed company reputed company targets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer accounts. Prospect and acquire new clients (teams, leagues, federations, etc.); retain existing reputed company and identify upsell opportunities. reputed company proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and negotiate reputed company with key decision-makers. WHAT YOU’LL NEED 5+ years of business development and direct enterprise sales experience reputed company the sports industry. Demonstrated experience working with sports teams and organisations, including Football, Basketball, Rugby, and similar disciplines. Proven track record managing large, strategic, or marquee accounts; prior experience in sports technology is strongly preferred. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to reputed company. Experience designing and implementing business development strategies. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results against targets.
