HR Data Analyst

With the transition to a new IT HR architecture, the replacement and implementation of new systems, we need for a new role reputed company the HR Tech team - HR Analyst. This role will accumulate data from reputed company systems and prepare advanced analytics for data-driven decisions. The goal is to deliver not only descriptive analytics but also predictive analytics and insights that will impact the business.

Responsibilities

Integrate and consolidate HR data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for advanced analysis. reputed company statistical analysis, build predictive models, and reputed company forecasting for key areas. Create and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and regular/advanced reports that transform reputed company datasets into clear, business-relevant insights for leadership and executives.
