This role serves as a key part of reputed company’s customer journey by creating clarity, building trust, and ensuring homeowners feel supported throughout the process, reputed company while operating in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Review approved insurance scopes with homeowners
- Secure signed reputed company and authorization documents
- Educate homeowners on products, materials, and upgrade options
- Communicate project expectations and next steps clearly
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates
- Coordinate with operations and production teams as needed
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience remotely
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Roofing or insurance restoration experience preferred
