As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for our customers and partners. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role reputed company Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries, focusing on high-level individual contributions and advanced technical implementations. Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms. Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms. Demonstrated ability to resolve reputed company technical challenges with scalable and innovative solutions. Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
