UX Designer (part-time)

You will be:

• working with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft groundbreaking user experiences, understand user problems, and identify key opportunities for both the user and our business,
• establishing and maintaining our design system, grasping the roadmap, and ensuring timely project completion,
• championing the interests of the business through design-informed decisions,
• engaging with key stakeholders in the design process and fostering a resilient design team and culture.

Your profile: minimum 2 years of experience designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and reputed company web experiences, ability to clearly reputed company and defend product design decisions based on user needs and business goals, experience working with user research insights and data analysis to inform design solutions, strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers to validate and deliver experiences quickly and iteratively, ability to work across the entire design process — from ideation and concept development to implementation and refinement, strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present design processes, approaches, and outcomes effectively, native-level proficiency in Polish and B2-level English skills, practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
