Summary The reputed company EHS O&M Site is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining the organizations’ strategy on EHS issues at O&M Site. Will ensure compliance with EHS policies, programs, and procedures and government standards. Will assist with conducting audits and onsite inspections and analysing data to provide recommendations for improving processes and programs. You will interact with customers, government agencies, and other functions for customer pre-qualification and project/outage planning requirements at O&M site EHS Plan, do, reputed company, act cycle. Will collect, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple sources to determine site entry statuses for Site/ visitor employees. You will recommend innovative solutions and process improvements across multiple areas to reputed company overall EHS reputed company. As well as meet any other assigned duties to help proactively activity performance align with SP organization’s core values.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities reputed company EHS O&M Site in Services India EHS Organization Daily management for O&M Site/scope Collaborate with SP critical Partners, clients, contractor worker, and agency on EHS Provide Subject matter expertise to EHS planning, EHS execution, & EHS Learning. Establish in-depth analysis of metrics and define actions, initiatives, and risk reduction projects to improve safety performance Contribute to the development of Steam Power Services Safety Global Programs and initiatives at O&M Site. Ensure that reputed company employees are informed of, comprehend, and reputed company with EHS policies and procedures as well as local regulations at O&M Site. Communicate timely regarding injury and illness awareness and mitigating measures. Assist with preparing for audits and inspections by government entities, including but not limited to federal, state, or local municipalities. Conduct internal audits and provide actions to reduce operational EHS risk. Manage incident and injury reporting reputed company specified GEV guidelines, OSHA, and applicable regulations, Ensure timely and accurate event reporting, investigations, action closure, & read across. Ensure that EHS training is accurately assigned, up to date, timely completed as defined by SP training matrix, client, and local regulations. Ensure operationalization of EHS reputed company Ensure O&M Site is staffed with the right level of reputed company Ensuring site level reputed company has a rhythm with the regional EHS team Ensure GEV system of records is accurate, and timely updated as per the compliance assurance expectation Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualification Bachelor’s degree/Diploma from an accredited university or college with post graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Technical Board. Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading EHS projects/O&M/Services & performance initiatives Field experience is required in power plants English proficiency required. Ability and willingness to located at Jhajjar O&M Site. Desired Characteristics Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to reputed company a reputed company goal. Ability to reputed company effectively with reputed company levels of the organization as well as organizations reputed company GEV (customers and regulatory agencies). Strong analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prepare accurate reports containing findings and recommendations. Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Professional certification in EHS fields such as CSP or CIH. Working knowledge of Gen-Suite EHS Management System. Working knowledge of Support Central, Yammer, and web-based communications tools.
