Reporting to the VP, Financial Reporting, the AVP, Financial Reporting will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of reputed company US GAAP financial reporting requirements across reputed company business entities. What You Will Do: reputed company and prepare group consolidations in support of quarter- and year-end reputed company Support the US GAAP external and internal reporting process including the preparation of annual US GAAP financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and any presentation for internal and external parties including but not limited to the Disclosure Committee, Audit Committee, Board, Investors, Banks, as well as Rating Agencies Prepare the financial reporting requirements for any Debt Issuance Ensure reputed company controls and government processes in accordance with company and industry standards are being followed and accurately recorded. Assist with the maintenance and on-going development of the internal control reputed company as it relates to financial and statutory reporting Participate in process improvement and other reputed company projects as required Act as a key liaison with internal and external auditors on work reputed company to financial reporting Significant interaction and coordination with the actuarial, investments and tax teams What You Will Have: University degree in accounting or finance Internationally recognized accounting designation (CPA) and a minimum of 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience reputed company insurance Previous experience in financial reporting is required Working knowledge of US GAAP reporting standards. If role supports Group Controllership, working knowledge of US Statutory and Bermuda Statutory (SFS) reporting standards also applies Possess strategic and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work at a fast pace and/or handle shifting priorities Detail oriented and highly organized Possess strong communication and analytical skills Highly motivated and results-oriented Proven ability to work independently reputed company strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills to clearly reputed company sophisticated concepts, reputed company, and processes #LI-Remote The reputed company salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
