As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building a new growth function, owning your market focus, client relationships, and commercial outcomes. You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across tech and senior professional roles while shaping the future of our recruitment practice. In this role, you will get to: Build and own your own recruitment desk, from defining your market focus through to developing long-term client relationships and delivering successful placements Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment, from initial brief through to placement and follow-up Proactively reputed company new client relationships through business development, referrals, and ongoing partnerships Partner with clients to understand their business context and translate hiring needs into effective search strategies Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience that reflects reputed company’ standards and reputed company Contribute reputed company and perspectives that help shape how reputed company operates as we scale You'll be successful if you have: Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant in an agency environment Strong business development capability with end-to-end client ownership experience A track record of delivering on senior, or hard-to-fill roles A consultative reputed company and the ability to act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and candidates globally A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commercial awareness What are some benefits working at reputed company?
