Together with our college, university, and corporate partners, we are helping accelerate careers and transform lives. reputed company’re Looking For: The Senior Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the state authorization process for multiple programs, working with various state regulatory agencies, and assisting with other program and organizational compliance-reputed company initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

Include, But Are Not Limited To: Overseeing research initiatives, the data collection process, and the compilation of state applications for the Authority to Operate new and existing programs at an advanced level Interfacing with 50+ state jurisdictions, University partners and internal stakeholders to provide annual reporting data, annual registrations, and compliance information Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting state applications, reports, and responses Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple reputed company projects simultaneously in an efficient and timely manner Identifying and interpreting federal and state regulations relevant to reputed company, our University partners, and the education industry Assisting with the review, development and drafting of organizational policies and procedures Assisting management with defining compliance processes and developing standard operating procedures Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with state higher education personnel, University partners, and internal stakeholders Creating budgets to reputed company and maintain reputed company required regulatory authorizations Facilitating the training process for new Compliance Specialists Serving as a leader and resource to other team members in completing state authorization tasks Problem-solving reputed company state authorization reputed company or internal challenges Working with other functional areas reputed company the Compliance Department on special projects, as needed Things That Should Be In Your Background: Master’s degree in public administration, public policy, or legal studies preferred; Bachelor’s degree required Previous work experience with University and/or federal, state or local regulatory authorities required Knowledge of federal and state laws affecting the education industry Experience developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with University administrative personnel and federal, state and local regulators Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, prioritize and complete multiple reputed company projects simultaneously Ability to meet strict deadlines Excellent computer skills (reputed company Office, inclusive of Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role: Experience reviewing and interpreting federal, state, and Board of Nursing regulations preferred High attention to detail Demonstrated problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent legal research and writing skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner Excellent organization skills Focused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives Ability to motivate others Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated self initiative Benefits & Culture Our global employee reputed company is a diverse collection of innovators, dreamers, and doers working together to transform lives through higher education.
