In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the educator experience across reputed company educators across the Degree Business Line while maintaining a personal portfolio of programs by: leveraging extensive professional knowledge, business expertise, and the ability to balance both ground-level and high-level stakeholder needs in conjunction with reputed company’s mission. Your role will involve defining the reputed company Educator Experience, creating new best practices, communicating platform and Learning updates, providing guidance on Learning and Content requests, proactively managing risks across reputed company business lines, managing and creating extensive processes and documentation between systems and partners reputed company to faculty provisioning, leveraging AI and creating automations where possible, and handling escalations with a solution-oriented approach that evaluates effectiveness across reputed company reputed company faculty. Responsibilities

Portfolio Relationship Management Manage a portfolio of reputed company university programs, cultivating a seamless faculty experience that delights partners and improves the student learning experience. Employ tailored reputed company strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions with faculty and school leadership. Collaborate with university leadership and cross-functional teams to escalate as needed to promptly resolve faculty concerns. Proactively communicate with high-level stakeholders, including framing issues in the broader context and identifying next steps. Track and manage reputed company and key milestones to ensure faculty readiness prior to each term start, effectively prioritizing tasks and responsibilities based on importance and relative timing. Manage ongoing content change requests and inquiries. Direct faculty to the appropriate team(s), as needed. 2. Internal Stakeholder & Vendor Management Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to represent reputed company experience and recommend strategic programmatic improvements. Things That Should Be In Your Background: Bachelor degree required; relevant Masters degree or PhD preferred. 8-10 years of experience in account management, higher education or education technology. Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies, particularly reputed company, reputed company, and industry standard learning management systems. Ability to quickly learn and acclimate to new technologies and systems.
