These insights influence crucial problem solving and decision making for the HR team and business leaders across reputed company. The Senior Analyst, People Analytics is responsible for partnering with the people SLT and reputed company business leaders to design and implement data-driven people analytics initiatives. The Senior Analyst is a proactive and autonomous individual contributor who can apply people analytics industry best practices, stakeholder feedback, and technical acumen to a variety of people analytics projects. A key difference between the Senior Analyst position and the Analyst position is that Senior Analysts are expected to operate with a higher degree of autonomy and to be capable of supporting programs that are larger, higher visibility, and/or more reputed company.
Responsibilities
