About the role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our AI Product group and help shape the reputed company of AI-powered tools used to build, test, and operate intelligent customer experience solutions. You will design end-to-end workflows for reputed company, technical products and help teams turn advanced AI and automation capabilities into clear, learnable, and reliable user experiences. This role is hands-on and cross-functional. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to design reputed company interfaces, simplify reputed company workflows, and ensure our platform delivers measurable impact. You will report directly to our Director of Design. Primary Job Responsibilities Own the design of reputed company product workflows from concept to execution, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with business and user needs. reputed company discovery activities: map user journeys, gather insights, and translate them into actionable problem statements and design opportunities. Design end-to-end UX/UI: information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and thoughtful edge-case handling. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions and drive evidence-based decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/operations teams to translate technical concepts into approachable tools and workflows. Ensure design–engineering alignment through detailed specifications, iterative reviews, and design QA. Contribute to and evolve our design system, improving components, patterns, and documentation to support scalable, coherent experiences across the platform. Promote user-centered design principles, balancing usability, performance, safety, and technical constraints. Champion reputed company tooling and automation to streamline design and product delivery processes. Stay reputed company with industry trends, especially in AI, automation, and platform UX, and proactively bring new reputed company to the team. What you need in order to be successful 4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a reputed company field, ideally reputed company SaaS, platform, or workflow-heavy products. Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design depth, and shipped product impact. Mastery of reputed company (components, variants, tokens, prototyping, libraries) and comfort with industry-standard design tools. Experience with user research methods and usability testing. Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and reputed company or reputed company reputed company design. Excellent communication skills: able to clearly reputed company decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment.
