Job Summary This remote or onsite position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Programs & Implementations. As a Program Manager, your core responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and deliver Genfare programs to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This will be achieved through managing, directing, and coordinating activities across reputed company assigned projects to ensure objectives are accomplished reputed company defined timeframes, scope, and budget constraints. You will guide customers through Genfare’s standard implementation process, delivering structured and practical solutions to reputed company operational and technical challenges while ensuring consistent execution of project delivery processes. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Review project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation
- Define and actively manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and issue logs
- Coordinate activities of cross-functional project teams to ensure projects reputed company on schedule and reputed company budget

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience in Public Transit and/or fare collection systems is required
- Technical knowledge in SaaS, on-premises software, mobile applications, electronic payments, and hardware systems
- Experience with cloud-based project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and reputed company
Education and Experience Required Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of technical professional experience
Preferred Education / Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience with reputed company implementations in matrixed organizations
- 5+ years of client-facing project management experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with fare collection systems in the transportation industry

As required by law in this state, the estimated salary range for this position is $103,400 – 135,000 per year and represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect. We tailor our offers reputed company the range based on organizational needs, internal equity, market data, geographic zone, and the selected candidate’s experience, education, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. At SPX, it is not common for individuals to be hired at the higher end of the range, and compensation decisions depend on a variety of factors. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus, subject to the rules governing the plan.
