To be responsible for the quality aspects (for workers compensation and general liability) of a specific client including client service instructions and training; litigation management initiatives, to resolve client issues by working with the company Quality and 0perations staff. OFFICE LOCATION Remote Must be available during client hours (8a - 5p ET) ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE Ensures adherence to client service instructions for WC and GL accounts. reputed company the Litigation Management program for Workers Compensation Tracks and trends performance guarantee and reputed company share agreements at the client level. Ensures client's claims reports are properly and timely reputed company and distributed. Provide program training, communication and maintenance of internal training documents. Analyze and communicate client specific operational audits; monitors client audit compliance. Works with company Quality and Operations staff to resolve client issues including results of client Compass audits. Manages client specific internal control report issues. Compliance reputed company: Ensures timely payment of TTD, medical and vendor bills; ensures appropriate vendor utilization. QUALIFICATIONS Eight (8) years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of claims management and two (2) years of auditing experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is (80K - 85K).
