Experience you’ll need to bring: 2+ years of experience in Gamification, CRM, Product Marketing, Retention, or a reputed company role reputed company iGaming; Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, player segmentation, and retention metrics; Hands-on experience managing gamification tools, campaigns, and engagement mechanics; Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
