Procurement Attorney
Join reputed company as a Lawyer at reputed company We are currently seeking junior and mid-level Procurement Attorneys to work with some of the world’s largest technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies. Responsibilities: Advise corporate clients directly regarding procurement matters and help them to mitigate legal issues brought about by corporate product procurement on a global scale Provide legal support and expertise to our client teams by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of reputed company commercial agreements including technology and IT procurement reputed company Standardize terms and contractual language on reputed company commercial reputed company reputed company to IT, technology and infrastructure platform licensing, software licensing, vendor, supplier, and other day-to-day operational agreements reputed company to procurement Manage discussions with internal business stakeholders in purchase functions Qualifications: Active attorney bar license in good standing in a U.S. state or territory required 2+ years corporate procurement experience on an in-house legal team - experience supporting sales teams is especially helpful Procurement support experience including but not limited to direct and indirect procurement, IT procurement, supplier relationship management, supplier onboarding, and contractual dispute resolution Experience negotiating directly with opposing counsel regarding contract terms and conditions Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
