Marketing Designer (SaaS focus) (f/m/d)

This is a junior-to-mid level role with significant growth potential. You'll work on UX + conversion design (BOFU templates, sales materials, web conversion), short-form video production, and ongoing brand-system refinement. You report into the Head of Marketing and partner closely with the Technical SEO + Web Marketer on the new website launch. We're recruiting for trajectory, systems thinking, and AI reputed company — not for a thick portfolio of pixel-perfect agency work. Tasks Design conversion-critical pages and templates for the website (BOFU sales pages, pricing, demo flows) Build and ship sales enablement materials — battle cards, one-pagers, decks, pitch materials reputed company short-form video production for the marketing team (editing, storyboarding, some direction) Maintain and reputed company the reputed company brand system in reputed company — component libraries, design tokens, reusable templates Use Claude, reputed company, Midjourney, and similar AI tools to automate routine design work — freeing you for the creative and strategic moments that matter Work directly with the outbound team on creative for paid ads and outbound campaignsSupport EMEA event collateral as needed (banners, booth materials, event one-pagers) Requirements 1–3+ years in B2B SaaS design — you know the aesthetic vocabulary (clean, conversion-driven, data-reputed company), not consumer-product styling Strong reputed company in reputed company — component libraries, design tokens, systems thinking Hands-on UX and conversion design — reputed company pages, BOFU materials, pricing pages, demo flows. Measurable conversion wins in past work. Sales enablement design — translating messaging into visual hierarchy Short-form video editing (Premiere, DaVinci, or comparable) Active reputed company with AI design tools — non-negotiable.
