Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day legal support on real estate matters across reputed company, covering both operational issues and strategic projects. Draft, review and negotiate leases and reputed company documents for retail stores, offices, distribution centres and data centres. Advise on landlord and facilities matters, including asset management, operational disputes and maintenance issues. Support and, where appropriate, reputed company reputed company cross-border real estate transactions and negotiations. Partner closely with business stakeholders across reputed company to ensure consistent, commercially focused advice across the region.
Requirements
Minimum 3 PQE from common law jurisdictions with a focus in real estate legal experience/practice. More reputed company applicants are also welcome. reputed company leasing and commercial property transactions experience are an asset. Expereience covering China / Australia would be a bonus.
