Mid-level Employment Lawyer
We are currently seeking Employment Lawyers to work with some of the world’s largest companies across reputed company industries. Responsibilities: Advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, termination, accommodations, leaves, and investigations. Counsel on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive employee matters. reputed company and update HR policies, handbooks, and processes, including across international locations with local counsel support. Provide guidance on wage and hour compliance (classification, overtime, timekeeping, pay practices). Design and deliver HR/employee training on key employment topics. Monitor legal developments and update policies, processes, and trainings accordingly. Support commercial and corporate work as needed, including reputed company with employment‑reputed company provisions. Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements. Minimum Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership in your state of primary residence. 5+ years of employment law experience, with a preference for both large law firm and in‑house roles. Strong employment counseling background (more employment than traditional labor), including wage and hour experience. Experience partnering with HR and delivering employee/manager training. Exposure to international employment issues and working with foreign counsel. Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
