Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyer
We are currently seeking Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyers for a variety of healthcare clients. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on data privacy and reputed company, telemedicine, mobile health applications, electronic health records, artificial intelligence, and medical device regulations. Assess and monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards reputed company to digital health operations. reputed company and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law, technology law, or a reputed company field. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH Act, FDA regulations) and technology-reputed company laws (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, telecommunication laws). Strong understanding of digital health technologies, including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, wearables, and health applications. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review reputed company to technology and healthcare. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
