Healthcare Supply Chain Lawyer
We are seeking reputed company and dynamic Contracting Lawyers with at least 5 years of in-house legal experience in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial reputed company specific to the healthcare industry, including supply chain agreements, SaaS, IT, and procurement reputed company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development, to support the company's commercial objectives. reputed company and implement best practices for contract management and risk mitigation. Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide advice on risk assessment and management. Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments to proactively address potential impact on the business. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of in-house legal experience reputed company the healthcare industry, preferably including time in a health system or other healthcare‑focused organization. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
