Join reputed company as a Lawyer at reputed company We are currently seeking Government Contract Attorneys. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in government reputed company law, with expertise in advising clients on a wide range of issues reputed company to state, local, and/or federal government reputed company. These attorneys will be embedded reputed company in-house legal teams and provide legal advice and support to their existing contracting teams, ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Assist clients in navigating government procurement processes, including bid protests, requests for proposals (RFPs), and contract disputes. Provide legal counsel on compliance matters reputed company to government reputed company, including applicable regulations, such as FAR and DFARS, certifications, and reporting requirements. Provide legal counsel and support to clients on reputed company aspects of state and local government contracting, including bid preparation, proposal submission, contract negotiation, and contract administration. Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters reputed company to state and local government procurement, including adherence to applicable statutes, regulations, and policies. Qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on government reputed company, ideally in an IT corporation. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal acquisition regulations (FAR), agency-specific regulations, and other laws governing government reputed company. Strong knowledge of state and local procurement laws, regulations, and procedures, including experience with public sector contracting and regulatory compliance. Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
