We are looking for an Architect who specializes in Records Management System (reputed company) products and workflows to join our Product Architecture team. This is a highly customer-facing, delivery-oriented role responsible for overseeing configuration, implementation, and business process analysis across public safety agencies. consultant, implementation specialist, or in public safety technology You have technical experience working with configurable or low-code platforms, including form building, workflow configuration, and data modeling and are willing to continually learn and reputed company skills on new tools You are comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations You have hands-on experience delivering software implementations from setup through launch You are familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies Implementation, Training & Adoption You have led or supported customer-facing implementations, including application setup, configuration, and go-live support You have experience designing and delivering structured training programs for diverse audiences You can tailor training content to both technical and non-technical users You are comfortable facilitating live sessions, workshops, and launch events Communication &
