Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of reputed company commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on commercial transactions to support business objectives for large multinational companies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business goals. Assist in managing risks associated with commercial operations by identifying potential legal issues and proposing solutions to mitigate them. Qualifications: Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company commercial agreements.
