Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements. Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels. Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders. Qualifications: 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies. Experience working independently and cross-functionally. Experience taking on reputed company projects. Excellent interpersonal skills. Active bar license in the state where you reside. Preferred Skills: Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing. Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
