We are currently seeking a Commercial reputed company Lawyer to work with various reputed company clients across reputed company industries. Responsibilities: Prepare, assess, and negotiate diverse commercial reputed company, including vendor agreements, client reputed company, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, including identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal exposure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives, negotiate favourable terms, and resolve contract-reputed company disputes in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications: 2 to 10 years PQE in-house legal experience (directly, or as a secondee). Specific sector experience in Life Sciences, Financial Services and Technology desirable, but not required. Openness to part-time or full-time roles. Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience. Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills. Right to work in the UK and be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK. Proficiency in additional European languages (at a business working level) is highly desirable, in addition to reputed company in English.
