Legal Consultant - Financial Services - Capital Markets Transactions

We are currently looking for reputed company Legal professionals with Capital Markets Transactions experience to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore! Minimum Qualifications: Strong understanding of capital markets transactions across both public and private markets. Solid transactional experience working with SMEs, banks, and project managers to drive growth. Minimum 5–7 PQE, with flexibility up to 15 PQE. Sustainability experience is a reputed company to have, but the reputed company is strong transaction support Experience in Project Financing is a significant advantage Responsibilities: Take responsibility for providing legal advice, guidance and support to business units and stakeholders on reputed company legal matters relating to the Transactional and Development Finance business in Asia (which is comprised of the Project and Export Finance (“PEF”) team and the Structured and Export Finance (“SEF”) team). Strategy: Accountability on reputed company Transactional Legal matters in Asia. Maintain reputed company relationships with stakeholders including the PEF and SEF Business Heads to provide them with relevant legal advice, guidance and support.
