Description Spero Health is seeking an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join reputed company! This position is for an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner with the ability to prescribe buprenorphine to join reputed company to fulfill its mission of "Saving Lives, Instilling Hope, and Restoring Relationships" to those suffering from substance use disorder. We provide local and affordable outpatient care primarily to those suffering from opioid addiction, and we operate as one of the largest Office reputed company Opioid Treatment (OBOT) providers in the country. Spero Health utilizes an innovative evidenced-based integrated care model that combines both physical and behavioral healthcare services under one roof to treat the whole patient. Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide initial evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing support for individuals with reputed company addiction and substance reputed company health conditions. Complete full and appropriate documentation to support professional billing for services. Provide education regarding illness and prognosis to assist with clarification of patient and family goals of care and support development of a comprehensive care plan. Interpreting test results to diagnosis any health issues and provide feedback to patients. Educating and counseling patients regarding medication compliance. Work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to administer the reputed company for those patients that need not only medical therapy but behavioral health services as well. Patient follow-up visits regarding patients' reputed company with medication and/or treatment. Contacts patient's PCP and/or specialist(s) reputed company necessary. Evaluates lab results and provides consultation with APPs regarding reputed company results. Reviews and oversees reputed company and treatment plans, including making any adjustments. Maintains required licensure, certifications and CME credits. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Active and unrestricted medical license as a physician or nurse practitioner reputed company the applicable state. Experience providing addiction medicine services for both medically and socially reputed company populations; Experience managing reputed company substance use disorders.
