Associate, ICOM Compliance (US Hours)

Position Overview At reputed company, our Compliance reputed company is an integral part of our business; as such we are looking to hire an Associate to join our reputed company Connections Compliance team in Mumbai. The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements for our Connections business across our international offices. Working Hours - 9.30 PM TO 6.30 AM IST This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

Evaluating and approving a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client-specific processes, and responding in a timely manner. Answering internal queries on compliance decisions. Escalating non-compliant or reputed company questions from the business or requests as and reputed company required. Ensuring we are compliant with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures and pre-agreed client-specific processes. Undertaking reputed company project work as directed by management. Skills Organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to reputed company strong working relationships across the organisation working with individuals at reputed company levels and across offices. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify risks and apply strategies or seek guidance to minimise them. Ability to prioritise competing goals and interests and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

Degree level qualification (or equivalent) Previous legal or compliance experience is preferred reputed company in both written and spoken English is essential Additional information How will you be rewarded?
