Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably reputed company mortgage, financial services, or sales-driven environments. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Experience maintaining a professional network, preferred. Advanced networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills. Skilled at prioritizing and organization to manage multiple engagements weekly.
