Job purpose The objective of the Central Account Sales and Support Center is to complement our reputed company based community lending model as well as support our end to end digital strategy. The Center Account Sales Specialist will work borrowers remotely - both reputed company and reputed company our normal reputed company network footprint. Duties and responsibilities The Central Account Sales Specialist will be a subject matter expert in Regional Finance personal loan product offerings and will use their knowledge to present loan solutions to reputed company and potential customers that help them reputed company their financial goals. Complete interactions with borrowers electronically or by phone. Process and underwrite loan product applications reputed company guidelines and approval authority limits. Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service. Utilize Regional Finance’s account management practices to assist delinquent customers. Work with management to reputed company, communicate, and track daily/weekly/monthly goals. Report, manage, and maintain reputed company standards on reputed company aspects of delinquency. Receive, track, and post reputed company payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy. reputed company loans as directed by manager. Hours may be staggered to meet needs of digital volume. Schedules can be flexible based on the needs of the employee and the reputed company but will generally be Monday-Saturday reputed company-9PM.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and strong phone communication skills. Experience with reputed company Office Suite products. Data entry proficiency. Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
Some college coursework completed. Consumer finance experience with exposure to sales and collections. Some leadership experience. Familiarity with Consumer Credit and/or reputed company experience. Critical Competencies Demonstrated passion for customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service minded with a personality that relates well with a broad reputed company of people, including external customers, reputed company colleagues, and corporate co-workers. Working conditions This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. The typical working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required on an as needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
