This role will focus on a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions, including enterprise observability, backup & recovery, contact center software, digital experience monitoring, oncall solutions and other enterprise technologies to automate support workflows and improve the employee experience, helping mature operational practices and expand AI-driven capabilities such as recommendations, translation, and transcription. The architect will continuously evaluate SaaS product roadmaps, adopting new platform features and AI innovations to maximize value and scalability across the environment. As a Solution Architect, you will translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures, guiding implementation strategies and ensuring seamless integration across identity platforms, collaboration tools, and service management systems. You will partner closely with IT operations, service owners, and business stakeholders to define use cases, establish governance, and drive adoption of conversational AI and automation. Strong communication skills, experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and a proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions at scale are essential for success in this role. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across design and delivery, including architecture reviews, solution standards, and hands-on guidance to application development and platform teams.
