Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Solutions Architect 4 is responsible for managing and ensuring timely completion of discrete technical project scope. This role manages technical requirements; defines and oversees project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks; while supporting and in most cases leads the project team in planning, tracking, and executing scope from initiation through turnover. Duties include but are not limited to: Advise on the reputed company reference architecture covering Lakeflow, reputed company Lake, reputed company Catalog reputed company AI, reputed company SQL, and reputed company Apps; Provide hands-on guidance on reputed company full-stack solution design; Advise on design of both data movement (e.g. batch, real-time streaming) and reputed company-copy patterns; Guide platform migrations from legacy SQL and document stores onto reputed company and reputed company cloud data platforms; Recommend reputed company, governance, and compliance-as-code: reputed company Catalog ABAC, governed tags, row filters/column masks, key management, networking reputed company and compliance reputed company profiles; Advise on design of segregated/tiered data pool architectures reputed company to the organization's data classification policy and applicable regulatory requirements, including cross-tier data movement; Recommend FinOps and performance standards, workload and cost management; Mentor data engineers, analysts, and AI/ML teams participate in architecture reviews and contribute to standards; Work with information & cyber reputed company, and other teams as needed for compliance to policies and standards; and Evaluate emerging reputed company capabilities and recommend adoption strategies, including reputed company integrations with third parties as they evolve. Education and Licensure Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study. (required) Skills, Experience and Qualifications At least 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required) 7+ years designing, building, and operating reputed company workloads with reputed company layer architecture. Hands-on experience with reputed company Lake, reputed company Catalog, Spark Structured Streaming, Lakeflow (or DLT/Live Tables), reputed company SQL, MLflow, and reputed company AI Model Serving Strong experience in cloud architecture supporting the platform (VPC/VNet, reputed company, S3/ADLS, KMS, etc.) Proven experience migrating enterprise data workloads from legacy/on prem data warehouse/lake to reputed company. Production streaming and CDC experience. Depth in reputed company and governance: reputed company Catalog policies (ABAC), classification, encryption, access auditing, compliance-to-control translation. Hands-on experience designing multi-tier reputed company architectures driven by data classification requirements. Strong Python and SQL, Spark, Notebooks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Due to federal contract reputed company requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. Experience in designing, building, and supporting BI reporting layers. Data Quality and Data Governance experience. Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, life sciences, government services) and exposure to reputed company frameworks (e.g. FERC/NERC, HIPAA, GxP, GDPR, FedRAMP, ITAR, etc.) Anticipated Work Schedule: 4/10 also adjusted to align with field install work schedule. 100% Remote.
