This role manages hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of associates and supervisors, addresses billing issues, monitors key performance indicators, and implements process improvements. The Manager also conducts team huddles, ensures quality assurance, and updates policies and procedures to align with departmental goals and strategic objectives. Required Qualifications: 4 year/ Bachelors Degree Minimum of three-five years of management experience in healthcare industry with professional billing experience preferred.
