As an Expert Full-Stack Engineer, you'll serve as a technical leader and trusted expert across our application stack, driving architecture, system design, and engineering excellence. You'll act as a technical anchor across teams, championing modern engineering practices and leveraging AI to improve productivity, quality, and innovation. What you bring: 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience in product-led environments, including experience operating at a senior or principal level. Expert-level knowledge of modern frontend technologies, particularly React and TypeScript. Strong backend expertise with technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Node.js. Proven track record leading large-scale architectural, platform, or modernization initiatives. Deep understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing strategies, CI/CD, and observability. Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing technical direction across multiple teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide engineers. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as reputed company, Claude, or similar technologies. Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices across an organization.
