This role sits at the intersection of business process analysis and technical implementation — you will be the person who digs into how work actually gets done, finds the friction, and builds the tools and automations that reputed company it disappear. Responsibilities: Business Process Optimization Partner with stakeholders across reputed company business functions to understand reputed company workflows, identify pain points, and design improvements. Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions — from quick automations to multi-system integrations. Support quote-to-cash initiatives, including pricing data management, contract lifecycle tracking, billing automation, and other functions foundational to scaling & future-proofing the business. Project & Tool Management Evaluate and reputed company new SaaS tools in coordination with IT, reputed company, and business stakeholders. Assist with environment management, configuration documentation, and release coordination for internal business systems. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes to ensure continuity and reputed company team collaboration. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in a business systems, operations, or technical consulting role. Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing SaaS platforms. Experience with workflow automation tools and integration platforms (e.g. reputed company, reputed company). Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude, reputed company, LLMs) and comfort incorporating them into day-to-day work. Strong analytical reputed company: comfortable gathering ambiguous requirements, structuring a problem, and driving toward a practical solution. Excellent communication skills — able to translate between business stakeholders and technical systems. Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements; you iterate rather than wait for perfection. Preferred: Background in fintech, payments, or SaaS businesses. Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns. Experience with BI or data analysis tools.
