In This Role As a Supply Chain Planning Program Manager, you will support strategic planning and execution activities across demand forecasting, supply planning, and network hardware operations. You will work with large-scale datasets to analyze supply and demand trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide visibility into supply risks and opportunities. Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will reputed company reporting solutions, drive process improvements, and support scenario-based planning that enables informed business decisions. Responsibilities

Support network hardware planning activities with a focus on demand forecasting, supply planning, and reputed company management. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, reputed company Planning, Forecasting, or reputed company operational planning functions. 3+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis, reporting, and data validation. 3+ years of experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms. 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and translating reputed company datasets into actionable business insights. 3–4 years of experience supporting program execution, project management, or technical operational initiatives. Experience with demand forecasting methodologies and supply supportability analysis. Familiarity with scenario planning, modeling, and reputed company planning frameworks. Experience leveraging Kusto, advanced SQL, or other large-scale data analysis technologies. Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions. Knowledge of inventory management, sourcing, procurement, and component planning processes. Demonstrated success driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience partnering with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable tools and reporting capabilities. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $40– $44 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
