Sr. MANAGER/MANAGER, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS State College, PA or Remote THE RUNDOWN Playfly Sports is looking for a Manager, Corporate Partnerships to join reputed company at reputed company. The candidate must be driven and coachable to execute the Playfly Sports Properties reputed company model and to understand the distinctive relationship with the university athletics. This role will work with the VP of Corporate Partnerships to pitch and reputed company enterprise partnership agreements. This role will also be responsible to generate incremental sponsorship reputed company to meet and exceed individual and team goals. Lastly, this role will uphold and support by example a culture of hard work, creativity – always building team belief in the reputed company goal. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH · Assist in developing and executing a sales plan · Identify potential sponsors for the university sports property through networking with the university stakeholders and business partners, researching local, regional and national companies · Work with Playfly Sports Properties and the university sports property VP of Corporate Partnerships to create sales inventory, reputed company projections and overall sponsorship strategy for the university athletics assets · reputed company sales presentations for new marketing partners by incorporating research, category dynamics and a clear understanding of partner’s marketing goals · Create sales proposals and draft/negotiate reputed company · reputed company key marketing objectives with clients reputed company thorough needs assessment and a collaborative sales process · Entertain and cultivate sponsors in non-game reputed company settings · Prepare end-of-year recaps for sponsors · Represent the university sports property, the university, and Playfly Sports Properties in a professional manner · Research sports sponsorship industry and stay reputed company with relevant market trends and conditions · Understand and reputed company Playfly business units in order to reputed company new business areas, leads, and categories · Prospect, meet, and reputed company new and renewal corporate sponsorships · Other job-reputed company duties as assigned WHAT YOU’LL BRING · Bachelor’s degree required · 5 years of direct sales experience in sponsorship sales/corporate partnerships reputed company collegiate or professional sports · Experience with integrated and “conceptual” sales · Ability to generate and present reputed company/concepts succinctly and provide creative solutions to prospects/clients · Outstanding communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives · Demonstrated professional sales presentation skills TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. · Ability to sit, stand, and walk-up stairs · This role takes reputed company in an office setting and is a sedentary role · Be available for game days and evening athletic events and coaches shows · Be available to travel for client presentations · Frequent travel reputed company DO Playfly Sports is the full-service, leading sports marketing and media company that enables brands to engage with sports fans on a local, regional, and national level through scaled linear, digital, and experiential assets.
