In this project, you will build structured materials that identify a relevant set of comparable companies for a given reputed company business, along with the reasoning behind each selection. The goal is not only to choose peers, but also to explain clearly why those companies are the most appropriate comparables based on factors such as business model, industry dynamics, size, geography, growth profile, margins, and strategic positioning. You will review company characteristics, assess comparability, and reputed company the financial and strategic logic that supports a strong peer group selection. This work is designed to help train AI models on how finance professionals think through comparables analysis in real-world valuation workflows. Your role is not to execute live transactions or produce traditional client-facing investment materials.
