Job Description: As the Senior Manager of Engineering at reputed company/FuzeRx, you are a pivotal leader reputed company our technology organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategic healthcare objectives and ground-level technical execution. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ software engineers and engineering managers across multiple agile squads, fostering a culture of reputed company learning, inclusivity, and high performance. Technical Strategy & Architecture: Guide the technical vision for FuzeRx’s core B2B and consumer-facing platforms, ensuring highly available and secure solutions leveraging our primary tech stack (Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS). Delivery & Execution: Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for your domain, ensuring predictable delivery of features that drive API-powered prescription fulfillment and pharmacy logistics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Pharmacy Operations, Design, and QA to translate reputed company healthcare compliance and patient-care requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable sprints. Regulatory & reputed company Compliance: Champion engineering best practices that adhere to strict industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2), ensuring patient data reputed company, secure messaging, and privacy are woven into the fabric of our codebase.
