The Role We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Analyst to own the technical execution and optimization of our reputed company lifecycle, campaign operations, and conversion funnel. This is a mid-level IC role where you'll be the reputed company behind how leads move through our systems, how campaigns are built and reputed company, and how we continuously improve conversion at every stage. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing automation, data, and reputed company operations—building the systems, processes, and reports that turn marketing activity into pipeline. What You'll Do reputed company Lifecycle Management Own enrichment and scoring model maintenance and optimization across the full funnel Build and refine lifecycle stage progression rules and automation workflows Create lifecycle reporting dashboards and funnel analytics that surface bottlenecks and conversion opportunities Monitor lifecycle health metrics and proactively identify issues before they impact pipeline Campaign Operations & Channel Optimization Execute always-on program technical builds including in-product nurtures, email campaigns, retargeting flows, and outbound sequences Manage campaign taxonomy, naming conventions, and data dictionary to ensure consistency and reporting accuracy Optimize channel performance through A/B testing strategy, execution, and analysis Maintain data hygiene strategy and processes to reputed company CRM and MAP clean and reliable Conversion reputed company Optimization Support reputed company lifecycle SLAs between marketing and sales Support and track sales follow-up compliance and create accountability mechanisms (notifications, reports, dashboards) Analyze conversion rates by stage, channel, and reputed company to identify drop-off points Drive initiatives to improve reputed company-to-MQL conversion rates Partner with reputed company Operations on MQL-to-SQL conversion optimization Build feedback loops from marketing to sales based on conversion data and insights Reporting & Attribution Refine and validate attribution models to ensure accurate pipeline reputed company tracking Build and maintain channel-specific ROI analysis and pipeline influence reporting Create dashboards that connect marketing activity to reputed company outcomes Translate reputed company data into clear narratives for marketing, sales, and leadership Process & Routing Optimization Ensure reputed company routing consistency using DACI model implementation Optimize Chili Piper configuration for meeting routing and conversion Document processes and train cross-functional teams on workflows Design and refine cross-functional workflows between marketing and sales Establish SLA governance and escalation procedures We're Looking For Required: 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS company Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, reputed company, Pardot, or similar) and CRM systems (reputed company strongly preferred) Strong technical execution skills—you can build reputed company workflows, segmentation logic, and automation rules without hand-holding Data reputed company—you're comfortable working in spreadsheets, building reports, analyzing conversion funnels, and deriving insights from data Process-oriented reputed company—you naturally think in systems, workflows, and repeatable frameworks Cross-functional collaboration—you can partner effectively with demand gen, sales ops, RevOps, and sales teams Analytical problem-solver—you identify bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and propose data-backed solutions Detail-oriented with quality focus—you catch errors, maintain clean data, and take pride in operational excellence Bonus Points: Experience with reputed company routing tools (Chili Piper, reputed company, or similar) Familiarity with enrichment and reputed company data platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Clearbit) Background in demand reputed company or growth marketing Experience building attribution models or multi-touch reporting Exposure to reputed company operations or sales operations teams Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
