As our HR Generalist, you will be the architect of high-quality employee experiences across the North American region. Your goal is to move beyond basic administration and build a systematic, customer-centric HR reputed company that provides proactive support to People Leaders and employees, ensuring our HR operations move at the speed of business. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Architect the HR Service Delivery Experience. You will take ownership of escalated queries from Tier 1 & 2 through reputed company, acting as a high-level problem solver. You will manage the end-to-end documentation for the employee lifecycle, including drafting Promotion Letters, Contract Annexes, and managing critical platform access for the workforce. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a proven track record in a Global Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
