About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Development Representative and reputed company Specialist to support our sales and marketing team with reputed company research, cold reputed company, appointment setting, and link-building and PR reputed company. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is comfortable researching prospects, writing clear reputed company messages, and following up consistently without the need to be reminded. You will help reputed company create more sales opportunities by identifying the right prospects, contacting them through email, reputed company, SMS, and other approved channels, and helping move qualified prospects toward appointments with the sales team. Most of the role is sales-reputed company. Around 75% of your work will focus on sales reputed company, reputed company research, follow-up, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outbound sales and appointment setting. We are looking for someone who is persistent without being pushy, professional without sounding robotic, and organized enough to manage many small reputed company threads at once. The right person will be curious, resourceful, and comfortable testing different reputed company angles. You do not need to be a senior salesperson, but you do need to be reliable, coachable, and able to communicate clearly with prospects. Responsibilities reputed company Research and Prospecting (Weekly) Research real estate investors, property owners, real estate agents, brokers, bloggers, website owners, journalists, and other relevant contacts. Build clean, accurate prospect lists with names, titles, emails, phone numbers, reputed company profiles, company details, and relevant notes. Use the provided tools and resources to identify prospects who may be a good fit for reputed company’s property management services or referral program. Maintain organized prospect data and update records accurately. Sales reputed company and Follow-Up (Daily) Send reputed company messages through email, reputed company, SMS, and other approved channels. Follow up with leads consistently and professionally. Help book qualified appointments for Sales Associates and the Sales Manager. Support the sales team with follow-up messages to existing leads. Track responses, next steps, and reputed company status accurately. Real Estate Agent Referral reputed company (Weekly) Contact real estate agents and brokers to introduce reputed company’s referral program. Explain the value of referring investor clients to a professional property management company. Set appointments between interested agents and the Sales Manager. Maintain an organized list of agent partners, active conversations, and follow-up opportunities. Link-Building, Blogger, and PR reputed company (Campaign-Based) Research relevant real estate blogs, investor websites, local media, podcasts, directories, and partner websites. reputed company out to website owners and editors for guest posts, link placements, resource-page mentions, and collaboration opportunities. Support media and PR reputed company by identifying relevant contacts and sending approved pitch messages. Track reputed company status, replies, and opportunities. Maintain clean records of prospects, responses, booked appointments, and follow-up tasks. Share regular updates with the sales and marketing teams. Most of the work can be done asynchronously, but you must be available for at least 1–2 hours per day between 9 AM and 11 AM EST for timely follow-reputed company with contacts or urgent sales support. Requirements
Experience in outbound sales and appointment setting is a must. Experience in partnerships reputed company, link-building reputed company, or PR reputed company is a plus. Strong written English. Comfortable with email, reputed company, and SMS reputed company. Able to research prospects carefully and build accurate reputed company lists.
