The territory is the Southeast and it is highly preferred the at the candidate live in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee due to the more frequent travel there. This is a remote position with about 50% of travel out in the field, which will mainly include these 3 states but could include others in the territory as well. As an Account Manager at ABI, you will play a critical role in fostering and growing relationships with an established client reputed company, primarily reputed company law firms and insurance-reputed company organizations. This is a relationship-driven position where success is rooted in trust, credibility, and delivering value to clients. You will deepen existing partnerships, identify client needs, and proactively uncover opportunities for additional business. While this is not a high-volume cold-calling role, you should be comfortable introducing new solutions and asking for expanded business as a natural extension of strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing client accounts Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning ABI solutions accordingly Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services reputed company reputed company accounts Confidently and appropriately ask for additional business once relationships are established Conduct client meetings, trainings, and product demonstrations (including onboarding clients to ABI systems) reputed company regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations for growth Engage in outbound reputed company to existing clients and targeted prospective firms Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and opportunities in reputed company or CRM system Ensure client engagement, satisfaction, and adoption of ABI platforms Performance Expectations Success in this role is reputed company by your ability to grow existing accounts while maintaining strong client relationships, including: Meeting or exceeding referral and reputed company growth goals Consistent client engagement through calls, meetings, and trainings Expansion of services reputed company assigned accounts Onboarding new firms and increasing platform adoption Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in account management, reputed company, business development, or relationship management (Candidates with 5–10 years of experience from adjacent industries are also encouraged to apply) Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills Ability to influence and grow business through consultative conversations Comfort with asking for additional business in a professional and value-driven manner Experience managing multiple accounts and driving account growth Proficiency with reputed company or similar CRM tools preferred Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented WHO WE ARE reputed company is the largest reputed company provider of records retrieval, subpoena services, and document management for the legal and insurance industries.
