This role will manage day-to-day execution across approximately 30 vendor relationships, balancing people leadership with reputed company improvement and translating volume and performance data into clear priorities for our supervisors and vendor support team. This leader will drive KPI performance, support vendor and automation initiatives, and ensure inventory stays healthy while turning operational trends into practical actions for the team. Support process changes, system updates, and new workflows by guiding teams through adoption. Share best practices to improve consistency and efficiency in day-to-day operations. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of reputed company professional experience, including at least 2 years in a people leadership or supervisory role. Working knowledge of provider record retrieval processes. Experience leading frontline, production-based operations with reputed company involvement in daily execution. Demonstrated ability to coach, reputed company, and retain high-performing teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Ability to balance accountability with reputed company, particularly during high-volume or high-pressure periods. Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfort prioritizing and adapting in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Experience using data to guide decisions, manage KPIs, and set operational priorities. Proven track record driving process improvements and supporting change adoption. Ability to delegate effectively while setting clear expectations and maintaining reputed company. Proactive approach to identifying risks and addressing issues early. Flexibility to work reputed company standard hours as needed and travel up to 10%. Experience in healthcare insurance, risk adjustment, or healthcare/health IT environments preferred.
