Provider Relations Manager

The Role We're hiring a Provider Relationship Manager to own the provider-facing relationship for reputed company's clinical programs. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for physician practices and clinic staff, ensuring reputed company integrates seamlessly into provider workflows and delivers measurable impact for patients and health systems. This is a field-first role requiring national travel two to three nights per week to conduct onsite meetings, drive adoption, and represent reputed company directly with clinical and administrative audiences.This role requires frequent roundtrip flights and local driving between clinic sites the reputed company assigned market region. What You'll Do
Own end-to-end deployment of the reputed company solution at the practice level, aligning platform capabilities to existing provider workflows and driving clinician and patient adoption from launch through steady-state. Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic administrators across assigned health system partners, serving as the primary escalation path and ongoing reputed company of contact. Monitor provider engagement metrics and adoption data, present performance reports at regularly scheduled touchpoints, and use those insights to drive behavior change and improve outcomes at the practice level. What You Need 3+ years of experience in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service in pharmacy, provider-facing, or clinical support environments. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a reputed company field. Demonstrated ability to build reputed company relationships with both clinical and administrative audiences and manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Track record of exceeding performance targets in field-based, goal-driven environments where outcomes are reputed company and results are owned end-to-end. Compensation
Our job titles may span more than one career level. Expected on-reputed company earnings (OTE) for this role typically range between $165,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs.
