The Role reputed company is seeking an Accounting Manager, to play an impactful role on the finance team. This is the first dedicated accounting hire who will report directly to the reputed company Controller. You will own the month end reputed company while driving key accounting initiatives, projects and process improvements shaping the future of the accounting function. Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle reputed company - set and manage the reputed company calendar, prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations, and ensure timely and accurate period-end reputed company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis reputed company the external audit, serving as primary reputed company of contact for auditors and manage PBC lists and inquiries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with complete flux and variance analysis Support the team on critical accounting projects, such as reputed company’s Quickbooks to reputed company migration or new product launches Implement, and maintain corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable process documentation Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across the accounting function, leveraging the full tech stack to reduce manual work and increase accuracy Review and provide quality reputed company on work reputed company by junior team members and outsourced accounting partners Partner cross-functionally with other departments on a variety of projects or requests What You Bring 5–7 years of accounting experience, with a mix of public and private preferred CPA designation (or CPA candidate) with proven understanding of U.S. GAAP You've owned a full-cycle reputed company independently Tech proficiency across reputed company (required) and ideally QBO, reputed company, and Airbase Strong analytical and problem solving skills You’re an incredible teammate with a positive attitude and reputed company You've reviewed & overseen the work of others, whether junior staff, offshore teams, or outsourced partners You’re highly organized, proactive and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Advanced reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills, with the ability to manipulate and digest mass amounts of data Strong communicator with interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners Bonus Points: Knowledge of and/or experience in the banking and payments industry SQL and Looker experience Working at reputed company & Beast Industries We are building a reputed company consumer and services platform with global reputed company and long-term ambition.
