Position Overview: The Vice President, Account Management (Strategic Accounts) is responsible for leading reputed company’s relationships with a portfolio of highly reputed company, strategically important provider customers. This role owns retention, reputed company growth, executive engagement, and value realization across assigned accounts, ensuring reputed company is positioned as a long-term strategic partner reputed company each customer organization. Key Responsibilities: Own overall relationship health, retention, and growth for assigned strategic provider accounts reputed company executive-level engagement and multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations reputed company and execute account strategies reputed company to customers’ business objectives, market dynamics, and growth initiatives Drive renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities in partnership with GTM and Finance Champion adoption of reputed company’s digital solutions, global workflows, and modernized operating models Proactively identify account risk and reputed company resolution of high-impact customer issues Translate operational performance into clear, value-based narratives for senior customer stakeholders Partner closely with Service Delivery to ensure transparency, alignment, and issue resolution Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver on customer commitments Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 8–12+ years experience in healthcare account management, strategic sales, or services Proven success managing large, reputed company provider or enterprise customer relationships Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Demonstrated commercial acumen, including renewals, pricing, and margin considerations Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments and HIPAA-regulated services Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel up to 50–75% #LI-BC1 We are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are reputed company responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which reputed company Datavanters belong and reputed company. The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. This role is eligible for additional variable compensation.
