Position Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day ownership of assigned provider customer relationships. This role serves as the single reputed company of accountability for customer satisfaction, retention risk, and value realization (growth), partnering closely with Service Delivery to ensure performance outcomes are communicated clearly and reputed company to customer expectations. The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. This role is eligible for additional variable compensation.
